 In General

All Rental Units must be registered with Penn Estates and Stroud Township

Stroud Township, effective Immediately, requires a license to operate as a short-term rental or registration of tenants for long term rentals, as per township ordinance.

Rental applications for both Penn Estates and Stroud Township may be found on our website (www.pepoa.org) under forms.  Owners who fail to register their property will result in denial of access to their tenants (guests) effective January 1, 2021.

As a reminder, all short-term rentals unit owners must register their guests three days in advance of arrival or will be subject to a fine.

Pennsylvania Health Secretary, Dr. Rachel Levine, issued a travel mitigation order on November 17 that requires a negative Covid-19 test within 72 hours before entering the state or to self-quarantine for fourteen days. The Association is notifying all landlords that they are required to follow Dr. Levine’s order. We are seeking our resident’s cooperation to help reduce the spread of COVID19.
