The Board of Directors is currently accepting letters from Penn Estates residents interested in filling a board vacancy to May 2020.
Candidates must meet the following requirements in order to be considered:
21 years of age or older
Compliance with the Declaration of Covenants, Bylaws and Rules, and who has paid all financial obligations owed to the Association
Name must appear as a grantee on the recorded deed.
Must be registered at their Penn Estates to vote in municipal elections
Letters of interest and a brief resume that list the qualifications you believe make you a good board candidate must be received by 11:00 AM, September 11, 2019. Please forward your letter of interest and resume to: PhyllisHaase@PEPOA.ORG
